The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance to Penticton, just minutes from the SOEC, making it a good choice for those wanting to explore the area. While the rooms had some cleanliness issues and were smaller than expected for a deluxe suite, the friendly service and attractive location near town were definite highlights. The on-site dining experience was a hit with its delectable homemade pies and jams.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, but noise from both the air conditioner, which we turned off, and neighboring guests was a bit disruptive. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby amenities, but the view of the road and parking lot behind the motel was not very appealing. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, but the lack of included dining options was a downside.
